Customer Advisory Board

With a rotating membership, the HealthMedia Customer Advisory Board (CAB) members represent the diverse HealthMedia customer base—leading health plans, employers, behavioral health firms, and pharmaceutical organizations. The purpose of the CAB is to:

  • Guide and influence HealthMedia strategic plans, company direction, and product plans
  • Provide a sounding board to test new ideas and preview business plans
  • Assure that HealthMedia is in sync with our customer technology and business plans
  • Provide a forum for sharing information and experience on HealthMedia products and solutions
