Cancellations/Substitutions:

All cancellations or changes must be requested by email to engage@healthmedia.com by April 1, 2010 to be refunded in full.

Cancellations made between April 2 and April 18 are subject to a $500 cancellation fee. Cancellation after April 19, 2010 (including no-shows) are liable for the full registration fee.

In the event that HealthMedia® Engage 2010 is cancelled, registrants will be reimbursed their registration fee.

Replacement attendees may be advised up to 48 hours prior to start of the conference date by providing written notice of the names of the original and substitute delegates. All cancellations and delegate replacements must be advised in writing via email to engage@healthmedia.com.

Booking and cancellation of travel and hotel reservations is the responsibility of the delegate.
