Succeed™

Succeed™ is the only HRA that provides maximum value for both the health plan/employer and the individual participant, measures and quantifies productivity impairment, and identifies health risks by epidemiological need, stage of change, motivation, self-confidence, and barriers. The Basics

Succeed™ evaluates health-related behaviors and health history around nutrition, weight, physical activity, stress, tobacco use, skin protection, injury prevention, alcohol use, and health screenings. Based on each individual’s evaluation, Succeed™ produces a 16-page individually tailored action plan around the participant’s top four health risks, just as a health coach would. This plan also includes several interactive tools, videos, recipes, as well as a complete medical library—so participants continually interact with their tailored plan—improving both participation and outcomes.

Succeed™ is NCQA HIP Certified through June 2010, and integrates with Electronic Medical Records (EMRs), claims, and biometric data. These features of the HRA ultimately maximize the value of your other on-line health investments.

Unsurpassed Brainpower

As each participant navigates through the questionnaire, the question sets are dynamically changed based on each individual’s responses to previous questions, pinpointing measures of motivation and self-confidence. As opposed to typical “skip patterns”, this method more closely mimics a health coaching session—ensuring the right understanding for each individual’s need/want/can, prompting more successful behavior change action.
