It's called HealthMedia® Connect™ and is made up of: Participation Planning/Best Practices, Incentive Programs, Intelligent Recruitment, and Promotional Campaigns–all of which can lead to greater health outcomes.

Facilitate greater participation and engagement. We understand that the better you're able to connect with your population, the greater participation and engagement success you will achieve for your population health programs. As part of our suite of HealthMedia® solutions, we offer two services to help you accomplish that goal.

PARTICIPATION PLANNING—for clients who contract HealthMedia® solutions directly. The experts behind our HealthMedia® solutions will work with you to customize employee and member health management solutions that address your unique needs. We begin by studying your population and business goals to determine how we can best support your strategic plan–with initiatives, budgets, and program offerings that match your goals. And we'll support you every step of the way, with customizable promotional materials, recruitment tools and premier incentives–all designed to maximize quality participation and outcomes.

BEST PRACTICES—for clients who provide HealthMedia® solutions to third parties. This train-the-trainer program allows your staff to understand the key industry best practices that can garner increased program participation. It's a scalable, turnkey solution designed to save you time and strengthen your relationships with customers.

Create added motivation with best-in-class incentive campaigns. It's human nature: People like to be rewarded for good behavior. And while positive changes have their own rewards when it comes to health, they don't always provide instant gratification. Our premier incentive campaigns offer your population extra motivation to get involved—and stay involved. We design unique campaigns for our customers, and manage eligibility through data collection. This ensures that you have a choice of fulfillment options: You can distribute incentives yourselves using the data we provide. Or you can take advantage of our strategic partnership with leading fulfillment providers, whose state-of-the-art incentive fulfillment can be incorporated into your integrated solution.

Identify prospects through HealthMedia® Intelligent Recruitment™. Using data from the HealthMedia® Succeed™ Health Risk Assessment (HRA)—or other HRAs, claims data, Personal Health Records (PHRs) and Electronic Medical Records (EMRs)—we identify participants who have an epidemiological need and are ready for change. These individuals are then sent unique messaging based on their stage of change, motivation, self-confidence, perceived barriers, and demographics. Through e-mail, direct mail, or Interactive Voice Response (IVR), these messages easily and effectively recruit individuals into the right behavior change programs at the right time to enhance behavior change outcomes.

Broaden your reach with a tailored promotional campaign. Communications are a vital part of our Participation Planning strategy. As part of that process, we'll partner with you to create a strategic communications plan that's tailored to your brand, population, and health initiatives. With access to a variety communication campaigns that highlight our Digital Health Coaching programs—as well as information about how our solution fits into your entire suite of products and services—you'll be able to hand-pick the materials that will most resonate with your population. If you'd prefer to build a campaign from the ground up, we'll team you with one of our agency partners to create a fully managed and branded campaign.

Drive higher participation rates with our suite of HealthMedia® solutions. What kind of results have our programs produced? Blue Cross Blue Shield of Louisiana achieved over 72% participation in the HealthMedia® Succeed™ HRA, and more than half of their employees went on to participate in at least one additional Digital Health Coaching program. In another case, a large medical plan worked with employer groups to ensure a high level of participation. The result: one of their largest employer groups produced an HRA participation rate of 80% or higher for three consecutive years.
